Rally Italia Sardinia

We had the pleasure of being in the east cost town of Olbia, watching the final day of the Rally Italia Sardinia! A motor racing event known for its fast but narrow roads – testing tyres to the limit!

The Sardinia rally was one of the most difficult of the season so far, with changeable weather conditions and extremely rough roads.

With Thierry Neuville and Martijn Wydaeghe triumphing in their Hyundai i20 N Rally1 Hybrid, and Moira-based Motorsport Ireland Rally Academy driver William Creighton and Co-Driver Liam Regan winning the Junior event.
